Eos Estate

EOS Estate Logo

Eos wines hail from premium vineyards in California's Paso Robles and Central Coast AVAs. Grapes from these regions are known to display intense varietal character due in part to the large swing between warm days and cool nights. Eos is named for the Greek Goddess of the Dawn and, like her, the wines of Eos are powerful and bold, yet seductive, silky-smooth and irresistible.

EOS Cabernet Sauvignon

Chardonnay, Central Coast

2011 Central Coast Chardonnay is ultra-fresh and approachable with aromas of red apples, lemon custard, pineapple and melon. Toasty oak fills in on the palate and adds depth and character to the wine. While there isplenty of richness here, the firm acidity from cool coastal grapes provides this Chardonnay with enough structure to be drunk on its own or with a wide array of foods.
